On Wed.28 January 2026, at 5:00 p.m., the Community Relations Team of Unithai Shipyard & Engineering Ltd. participated in the “Local Folk Dance Preservation and Conservation Project for Fiscal Year 2026,” organized by Laemchabang City Municipality at Laem Chabang–Ao Udom Sports Field.
The project aims to preserve and promote the traditional folk dance culture of Laemchabang, strengthen local wisdom, and foster unity and harmony within the community. The opening ceremony was presided over by Ms. Phatthanan Phongphad, District Chief of Sriracha, together with Municipal Executives, Municipal Council, Heads of Government Agencies, Community Leaders and Committee Members, Village Fund representatives, LCB Women’s Development Groups, Elderly groups, Electricity Fund Committee Members, Local Businesses, and distinguished guests, more than 800 participants attended the event.
On this occasion, Unithai Shipyard supported the event by providing drinking water and actively participated in the traditional folk dance activities to strengthen and continued strong relationships and cooperation between Unithai Shipyard and government agencies and demonstrating shared pride in preserving valuable local cultural heritage for the next generations.
