Unithai Shipyard & Engineering organized the basic training vocational course ceremony - 9th generation for students at Wat Laem Chabang School Chonburi, Thailand
Mr. Somchai Pleanchaisuk, Senior Manager Quality Assurance, Occupational Health, Safety, Security and Environment Department of Unithai Shipyard & Engineering Limited as the presided in opening ceremony of Basic Training Vocational Course – 9th generation at Wat Laem Chabang School, Sriracha, Chonburi Province company with Mr.Weeraphat Sanguansup, Director of Wat Laem Chabang School, Unithai Management Team and Community Committee of Bann Laem Chabang in the ceremony Unithai has initiated a project to teach professional skills according to the Wat Laem Chabang School’s objective which wants to expand the opportunity for students to have professional skills and knowledge in mechanic skill, electronic electrician and such basic welders both theoretical and practical and get ready for higher level study. The Vocational Skills Training Program has implemented for 8 years and has a total of 534 students who graduated the training. This year, vocational skills training program is the 9th generation and there are 28 people will be trained in mechanic course, 26 people for electrical technicians and 10 people for the welders, total of 64 people to join the training program. Our program has the volunteer team from the company and we have collaboration with the school to improve and develop the training curriculum continuously to be suitable, easy to understand and practical for the students in the future.
