TPC Group (Thailand) Limited and United Thai Shipping Corporation Ltd., in collaboration with Divana Spa, a premium Thai wellness brand, hosted Life Re: Fresh Day – TPC & Agency One Wellness Day Together 2025, offering employees a refreshed and meaningful Wellness Team Building experience. The event reinforces the company’s Brand Purpose: “To add value to life, and steward life’s flourishing.” — reflecting TPC’s commitment to co-create a flourishing era for humanity, the happiness and well-being economy, and to serve the well-being of life.
This program was designed to enhance the Well-being of Life for employees, beginning with self-care and restoring life balance. Guided by the concept of Re:fresh – Re:set – Re:mindful, all wellness activities were co-designed with Divana Spa and structured around TPC Group’s 8 Living Habits: Eating, Sleeping, Breathwork, Emotional Centeredness, Exploration of Life, Stillness, Celebration of Life, and Movement.
Throughout the day, employees engaged in activities inspired by these 8 Living Habits—from stretching, yoga, relaxation massage, and mindfulness workshops, to a Gut Health Lunch curated to support digestive balance. The program allowed participants to deeply “refresh” both body and mind, and was warmly received by everyone who joined.
Beyond wellness activities, the event also created space for employees to reflect, connect with colleagues, share feelings, and exchange experiences at the end of the day. This reinforces the importance of integrating the 8 Living Habits into daily life—helping individuals care for themselves better, work with greater balance, and enhance their long-term well-being.
“Life Re:Fresh Day – TPC & Agency One Wellness Day Together 2025” is therefore more than a team-building activity. It marks a significant step in embedding Well-being of Life as a core part of TPC’s culture, supporting flourishing and well-being across every dimension of the organization.
